In November 2026, we’ll be embarking on a new era: the traditional 3-star hotel will become the 4-star Hotel Lasalt Ischgl – thus writing the next chapter in our nearly 40-year history of hospitality.
The refurbishment marks a fresh start in style. Modern meets alpine, innovation meets tradition – but always with that relaxed Ischgl vibe you love. We’ve reinvented ourselves without forgetting who we are: hosts with a heart. Our new offering: 4-star comfort that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Clean design, rooms with mountain views to show off, and a wellness area that truly helps you unwind. Add to that a dining experience that reimagines Alpine classics – like a perfectly curated concert where every course is spot on. Our brand values: innovative, but not aloof. Modern, but warm. We’ve taken the legendary ‘Top of the Mountain’ spirit and turned it into our very own vibe: energetic, yet relaxed. Stylish, yet authentic.
The result? A ‘Mountain Legends Hotel’ that feels like a perfect day at a festival: full of good vibes, first-class experiences and moments that last – only with much more comfortable beds.

Our vision
Having started out in 1988 as a 3-star Hotel Garni, we – the Walser-Pöll family – are now writing the next chapter. Our aim? To make the new Lasalt a 4-star hotspot and a popular meeting place in the heart of Ischgl. We want to delight our guests with modern design, warm service and every comfort – authentic, stylish and imbued with the true spirit of Ischgl.
Since 1994/95, the legendary Top of the Mountain concerts have made Ischgl a pioneering stage for international music acts in the Alps. From Elton John on the first snow stage, to Robbie Williams in a snowstorm, right through to Helene Fischer’s record-breaking audience – these live moments have made Ischgl world-famous. It is precisely this spirit that our Lasalt concept builds on in the hotel, the restaurant and the bar: we bring the Top of the Mountain vibe into your holiday experience in a subtle and authentic way. Stylish concert posters, curated soundtracks, changing ‘setlists’ at Legends and signature drinks create an atmosphere without any over-the-top showmanship. Genuine festival vibes without the fuss – that’s exactly our style.

Design & Atmosphere
Forget cowbells and lederhosen. Our Lasalt design concept is modern, clean and laid-back urban: inspired by cool boutique hotels, but with our very own twist.
Here, clean lines meet warm materials. Curated artworks and subtle references to the ‘Top of the Mountain’ legends provide the perfect visual soundtrack. A stylish tribute to the musical history that Ischgl has written. And in the background, there’s always the right beat playing: cool sounds and familiar tracks that you’ll find yourself quietly humming along to without even realizing. The result of our close collaboration with the interior designers? Spaces that feel like a blend of a stylish city loft and a modern mountain retreat. Relaxed, but never boring. Cosy, but definitely never stuffy.

At Lasalt, you’re always front of stage in Ischgl! Right in the heart of the village, just a few steps from the ski lifts – yet still quiet and relaxed. From here, you can head straight out onto the slopes, the best trails or down the legendary village street with its shops and events.
Whether it’s a powder run, a flow trail or a party night – everything’s on your doorstep. Skiers can reach the ski lifts in a heartbeat, mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts can set off straight into adventure, and anyone wanting to experience the buzz of Ischgl in the evening is right in the thick of it too: stages, bars and après-ski – life here plays its best playlist.
Conveniently, you can park your car in our underground car park, while your skis and bikes are in safe hands in our service area. That leaves more time for what really matters: the perfect day in the mountains and the perfect night in the valley.
